Contract with Emergency Planning Consultants to prepare an update to the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan

 

1) Authorize the City Manager to sign a professional services agreement with Emergency Planning Consultants to prepare an update to the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan; and 2) a General Fund budget amendment to account number 1405-7965 of $20,500 a General Fund budget amendment to account number 1405-7965 of $20,500.

Approve the Memorandum of Agreement between the Cities of Azusa, Duarte, and Irwindale and the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.

City Council Ballot Argument for Cannabis Measure

 

Discuss whether the currently selected members of the City Council shall prepare an argument for the passage of the cannabis ballot measure or rescind the prior motion relating to the preparation of the ballot argument.

 
D.
City of Duarte City Manager Employee Agreement

 

Approve the City of Duarte City Manager Employment Agreement Between City of Duarte and Brian Villalobos, approve a budget amendment of $19,700 to the FY 2024/25 budget and amend the Citywide Salary Schedule accordingly.
