City Council meetings are also broadcast following each meeting through Spectrum Cable, Channel 3, daily at 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Public comments can be submitted by emailing duarteinfo@accessduarte.com, prior to 6:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting and will be distributed to the City Council and made available for public review. 1) Authorize the City Manager to sign a professional services agreement with Emergency Planning Consultants to prepare an update to the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan; and 2) a General Fund budget amendment to account number 1405-7965 of $20,500 a General Fund budget amendment to account number 1405-7965 of $20,500.

Approve the Memorandum of Agreement between the Cities of Azusa, Duarte, and Irwindale and the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments and Authorize the City Manager to Execute the Agreement.

Discuss whether the currently selected members of the City Council shall prepare an argument for the passage of the cannabis ballot measure or rescind the prior motion relating to the preparation of the ballot argument.

Approve the City of Duarte City Manager Employment Agreement Between City of Duarte and Brian Villalobos, approve a budget amendment of $19,700 to the FY 2024/25 budget and amend the Citywide Salary Schedule accordingly.
